Submit documentation to the DNR no later than twenty-one (21) business days after reporting a release that demonstrates compliance with Comm 10 requirements for investigating the extent of contamination, mitigation actions, and preventing further release of product to the environment. This includes:
1. Removing and safely storing as much of the regulated substance from the UST system as necessary to prevent further release to the environment.
2. Taking whatever steps are necessary to prevent migration of the regulated substance. This includes managing contaminated soils or water.
3. Restoration of the environment to the extent practical.
4. Minimizing the harmful effects from the release to the air, lands or water of Wisconsin.
