Safety and Buildings Division - Special UDC credential exams offered three times in Rice Lake The Safety and Buildings Division is offering UDC Inspector exams on a special basis three times in 2004 in Rice Lake. The exams will be held July 14, October 6, and December 16. There will only be 60 seats on each date at the Rice Lake City Hall, 30 East Eau Claire Street, so interested people are advised to sign-up as soon as possible. Someone wishing to sign-up may fill out the appropriate application form, and send it with the fee to the S&B Credentialing Unit address listed on the form. The forms are online:
