GIS Data - Base Data Listing

Base GIS data and maps are contained on the GIS development server, comgis2, under the directory 'BaseData'. Below are the main Commerce base data folders and description of the folder contents. BaseData is a shared folder and can be found on the network neighborhood under comgis2 in the main folder 'GISdata'.

There are three ways to view and explore the data; ArcGIS desktop GIS software, ArcExplorer (requires the Java runtime environment) and ArcIMS Internet map services (under development). Refer to the GIS Tools page for additional information on these data viewing and exploring tools.
