New Safety and Buildings Division credential cards are made of a polyester material -  wallet-sized, waterproof, and tear resistant. When someone receives their new credential, or at their next renewal, they will peel the new durable card off the letter.  There will be no need to cut around the card and have it laminated.

If someone wishes a replacement credential card now, they can fill out a request form and send it to S&B with a $10 fee.  Here is a link to the request form.
