S&B Approved Education Commercial Building Inspector

Classes are approved and then submitted by providers online to the Safety and Buildings Division.  To list an approved class.  People taking the courses should check to be sure the course is currently approved and valid for their credential.

*** Commercial Building Inspector: 2 credit hours; INTERNET OSB 40Q; On line course. Immediate score for last minute credit needs; Register at www.contedcredits.com You will not pay for this course unless you pass.; S&B Course #11370; approval expiration date is 02/02/2015.

*** Commercial Building Inspector: 4 credit hours; 4 hr Construction Video CD Course; Gary Klinka has a 4 hour Construction Video CD Course that can be viewed on any computer with a CD drive at your location. Course consists of 4 State approved one hour construction videos courses, course reference materials, and 48 multiple choice questions. Course contents: Basic Fastener Installation Course #9563, Plated Truss Products Course #9564, Joist and Bean Hanger Course #9565, and Mudsill Anchors Course #9566.; Course can be requested by going online at www.garyklinka.com or by emailing: garyklinka@hotmail.com or by calling 920-727-9200, 920-740-6723, 920-740-4119, or by mailing your request to Gary Klinka, 228 Mandella Ct., Neenah WI 54956.; S&B Course #9563; approval expiration date is 04/03/2013.
