Open Records Request If you need to view a file or obtain copies of documents regarding a PECFA site and you are not the owner or responsible party of the site, you must make an open records request to the Department in order to obtain the information. The DNR and others that are contracted by the owner do not have to fill out the request form. Click the link below for more information about the Department's open records
