Appeal Decisions

The decisions on this site have been electronically scanned from the original decisions issued by the Hearing Office (Proposed Decisions) and the Office of the Secretary (Final Decisions). The proposed and final decisions have been grouped according to the individual appellant's last name, with company name and hearing number following.

The PECFA Bureau and the Wisconsin Department of Commerce make no warranties, express or implied, with regard to the accuracy of scanned materials. PECFA staff has reformatted decisions, inserted page breaks, and edited text to conform as closely as possible to the original hard copies, however scanning can introduce errors that may not have been identified by staff.

Please be aware that not all decisions are presented on this site. The hearing office issues many form decisions. Form decisions are used to dismiss untimely appeals, appeals that have been withdrawn and appeals that have been settled. Generally, form decisions will not be included on the web site because they are repetitive and provide little substantive information about an individual appeal. The Bureau may publish form decisions if the issue involved is significant, may impact many other pending appeals, or has been decided by the administrative law judge for the first time.
